Clients who no-call no-show three (3) times or more will no longer be able to book appointments online. Future appointments must be made by phone or in person, and may require a non-refundable deposit.
We understand that life happens, but communication is key. If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
All services, deposits, and gift card purchases are non-refundable. We strive to ensure satisfaction with every visit, and if there is ever a concern with your service, we encourage you to let us know before leaving the salon so we can address it promptly.
